Elfly Group (Norway): Strategic-Technological Analysis

Elfly Group is a Norwegian advanced technology company pioneering an all-electric amphibious seaplane (the 9-seat “Noemi”) for short-range transport. The firm, founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Eric Lithun, is based in Bergen with its engineering operations now at Torp Airport (Sandefjord), Norway[1][2]. Elfly’s mission is to replace road and fossil-fuel journeys in fjord and island regions with zero-emission air routes.
